Facilities of the Beril LUX **** apartments
The facility has four (4) state of the art apartments on three floors. Three out of four are being rented to tourists, while the fourth is reserved for the landlord. Eight (8) individuals can be inhabited in the mentioned three apartments.
The facility Beril LUX **** was built in 2017. All apartments have free wi-fi, a free of charge parking in the yard, a balcony, and a shared patio. They are designed with state of the art technology, i.e. each apartment has a flat screen TV including satellite reception, a save, electric roller blinds, mosquito net on all windows and doors. All apartments have an air-condition and a heated floor in the bathroom.
